Sunday Mornings

Sundays in Valleydale Student Ministry are awesome times where we gather in groups in order to dig into God’s word and experience the Bible in a meaningful and impactful way. We call these groups Life Groups, and you can expect to be a part of a group that will be excited that you are joining them. Life Groups meets at 9:15 in the Theater on the 3rd floor of Valleydale. After Life Groups, we move to the Worship Center for the 10:45 Worship Service.

sunday nights

D-Groups are student groups that meet in homes on Sunday nights for a time of fellowship and Bible study. These groups are age and gender specific, and they give our students the opportunity for a more casual environment to talk about Scripture and what God is doing in their lives. Most groups meet at 5 PM. Our D-Groups have concluded for the Spring semester.  We are excited about our upcoming fall semester of D-groups, and we will be getting the word about these groups over the summer.

WEDNESDAYS: 6:30-8:00 PM

We want VSM MidWeek to be your student's favorite night of the week! We have crafted a Wednesday night experience that combines worship, teaching, small group discussion, games, crazy events, and really strange giveaways. Not only do we have a blast each week, we also ensure that each student has a chance to encounter God's Word and gets to know other students. VSM MidWeek starts at 6:30 and meets in the Theater on the 3rd floor of Valleydale.

At Valleydale, we believe discipleship begins at a young age. Valleydale Kids gives children an opportunity to learn about Jesus, and to begin to understand the Bible. We believe in teaching children what it means to be a part of a local body of believers, which is why we value our time on Sunday mornings. Valleydale Kids meets in the Castle on the 1st floor of Valleydale, and has the following breakdown of programs for our children:

Life Groups: 9:15 AM
Worship: 10:45 AM

Worship: 9:15 AM
Life Groups: 10:45 AM

On Wednesdays, Valleydale Kids memorize Scripture, dig deeper into the Bible lesson from the previous Sunday, and play some fun and sometimes crazy games. Check-in and Drop-off occurs at the East Gym on the 2nd floor.

Here at Valleydale, we are a family. We strive to provide a fun, safe and exciting experience for your child each time he or she comes to church. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where your child can develop friendships and learn age-appropriate Bible principles relating to his or her daily life. We look forward to joining with you in the spiritual education of your child.

We relate biblical truth to every moment in your preschooler’s life by using fun and engaging activities. Our classes are divided by age. Visit us at our Welcome Desk, located on the first floor just inside the preschool entrance, and we will help you find the right class for your child.

The first five years of life are of unparalleled importance in building character, love and Christian values. Because children learn best by doing, we seek to provide practical Christian education through various learning activities appropriate for your child’s age and experience. The purpose of Noah's Nook is to provide a safe and loving environment for your children.
